Airport transfer to your accommodation in Heidelberg

Would you like to book a transfer to/from your accommodation? Whether you are staying in a hall of residence/apartment, hotel, youth hostel or with a host family,we organise transfers from all nearby airports and train stations.

We organise transfers from all nearby airports directly to the meeting point for handing over the keys or to any other desired address in Heidelberg via partner companies. We organise car transfers within the city, for example from Heidelberg Central Station to the hall of residence, ourselves.

Transfers from the weekend meeting point to the hall of residence are free of charge and are organised by our weekend helpers.

If you are travelling together (2 or more people), you will receive a 25% discount/person on the transfer price, and pick-ups outside the pick-up times and escort services for minors are available on request and at extra cost.

Other pick-up locations on request (Heidelberg Central Station, Mannheim Central Station, Hahn Airport, Stuttgart Airport, Baden-Baden Airport, etc.).
The prices are valid or will be adjusted subject to cost developments.

Booking conditions

Transfer from and to the accommodation (to be booked by Monday 14:00 at the latest before arrival or departure).
