We use the Salesforce customer management system to optimise customer service. We use this service as part of the digital conclusion of contracts with you. This enables us to offer you the option of signing and countersigning contracts electronically. You can do this using any browser on a PC or smartphone.
If you provide us with your e-mail address when processing the contract, we can provide you with the contract to be signed via the "DocuSign" platform on request. In this case, we will send you an e-mail with a link to your contract documents.
Unless otherwise stated in the following sections, data processing is carried out exclusively by the Internationale Berufsakademie der F+U Unternehmensgruppe gGmbH.
The signature service of our partner DocuSign Inc. Germany, Neue Rothofstrasse 13-19, 60313 Frankfurt, offers the possibility to exchange contract documents via the Internet and to sign them in a legally compliant manner without the exchange of paper documents.
For this purpose, you will receive an e-mail from us with a personalised link that you can use to view the documents intended for you and sign the contract. The personalised link is created when we send the documents relating to your contract to our partner DocuSign in encrypted form.
The fact that you provide us with your email address ensures that the personalised link is only sent to you.
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the fulfilment of the contract pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.
After signing the contract documents, your personal data transmitted to us will be stored in the database of our hosting partner DocuSign as a so-called finalised envelope. We receive an email about the signature and storage, then transfer the signed documents to our own system and assign them to your contract. The finalised envelope at DocuSign is automatically deleted after 12 weeks. We store the documents in our system in accordance with the statutory retention period and then delete them automatically.
