Would you like to book a transfer to/from your accommodation? Whether you are staying in a dormitory/apartment, hotel, youth hostel or with a host family, we organize transfers from all surrounding airports and train stations.

Through partner companies we organize transfers from all surrounding airports directly to the meeting point for handing over the keys or to any other desired address in Heidelberg. Car transfers within the city, e.g. from Heidelberg main station to the dormitory, are organized by us.

Transfers from the weekend meeting point to the dormitory are free of charge and are organized by our weekend helpers.

Booking conditions

^{Bookings: Transfers to and from accommodation must be booked no later than Thursday, 14:00 prior to arrival or departure.}

^{Cancellation: Cancellations of weekend transfers are free of charge until Friday, 15:00 German local time, before arrival or departure. Transfers during the week can be cancelled until one day before use, 15:00 hrs German local time. If a public holiday falls on the deadline, this deadline will be moved forward accordingly. Late cancellations cannot be accepted and the transfer costs will be charged in full.}
