Train station & airport transfer to accommodation in Heidelberg

Would you like to book a transfer to/from your accommodation? Whether you are staying in a dormitory/apartment, hotel, youth hostel or with a host family, we organize transfers from all surrounding airports and train stations.

Through partner companies we organize transfers from all surrounding airports directly to the meeting point for handing over the keys or to any other desired address in Heidelberg. Car transfers within the city, e.g. from Heidelberg main station to the dormitory, are organized by us.

Transfers from the weekend meeting point to the dormitory are free of charge and are organized by our weekend helpers.

If travelling together (2 or more people), the people making the booking receive a 25 % discount/person on the transfer price. Collections outside the pick-up times and an escort service for minors are possible on request and at an extra charge.

Transfer from and to the accommodation (to be booked at the latest by Monday, 14:00 before arrival or departure).
